Memorial services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Monday, August 1, 2005 at the Zion Lutheran Church in Glendive with Pastor Avis Anderson officiating. Silvernale-Silha Funeral Home of Glendive is entrusted with the arrangements.

Tim was born on November 22, 1964 in Waynesville, Missouri, the son of Leroy Wayne and Sharon Marie (Boberg) Wentz. He was baptized along with his siblings at the American Lutheran Church in Livingston, Montana. He moved to Wibaux, Montana in late 1979 where he was educated and graduated from Wibaux County High School with the class of 1983. He attended Dawson Community College in Glendive and graduated with a one year certificate in Agri-Mechanics Technology in June 1985. Tim was confirmed on March 24, 1985 at Our Savior Lutheran Church in Glendive. He married Lisa Lenae Siegle on September 1, 1985 at Our Savior Lutheran Church in Glendive and to this union, three children were born: Joshua Allen Wentz on April 23, 1987, Shawn Michael Wentz on July 20, 1989 and Samantha Lee Wentz on August 31, 1991. He attended the University of Montana, majoring in History Education until 1990. Lisa and Tim were divorced in January 2003. He married Jessica Rae Ann Coker on December 31, 2004 in Glendive. Tim became a member of the Zion Lutheran Church in Glendive on March 13, 2005. Tim had worked at various places including, Robin's Conoco, CarQuest, True Value, Hedahls, Napa, Hilgers, T-Rex Conoco in Dickinson, North Dakota and most recently at United Building Centers and Pool. Tim loved to experience life. He enjoyed traveling and checking out local museums and historical landmarks. His infectious sense of humor insured that he never met a person that didn't like him and he tried to find the silver lining to every situation. Tim was well known for his support of the Green Bay Packers and Nascar's Jeff Gordon - especially when Gordon beat Earnhardt, Jr. He collected Coca-Cola memorabilia and rarely drank anything else. To relax, Tim enjoyed playing his hand held solitaire game (which he wore out twice in six months), doing word finds, dancing, listening to his wife sing or play on the piano, wood working, fossil hunting, swimming, fishing, hunting, listening to his music, watching the stars, hiking, playing chess and Yahtzee, watching movies - especially Godzilla movies and Willie Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, taking mini road trips at all hours, driving his Dodge pickup, bike riding with Michael, snuggling, picnics, bar-b-ques, and many, many other things. Some of his favorite foods were Coke, peanut butter and jelly, summer sausage, spaghetti, buffalo chili, chicken alfredo, MGD, pistachios, hot dogs and salt water taffy.

Tim is preceded in death by his mother, Sharon Wentz; his sister, Katherine Quick; paternal grandparents, Altha and Harry Wentz and his maternal grandmother, Gertrude Boberg.
