LITTLE FALLS, MN -- Delphine L. Junglen, 82, Little Falls, formerly of Clarion, Iowa, and St. Cloud, died Saturday, Dec. 11, 1999, at St. Otto's Care Center, Little Falls. She was born Aug. 11, 1917, in Rice to George and Louise (Formelt) Hohmann. She grew up in Rice and graduated from St. Cloud Tech High School. She attended and graduated from St. Cloud Teachers College in 1937 and for several years taught in country schools in the Rice and St. Cloud area. She married Norbert M. Junglen on June 8, 1943. In 1950, they moved to Clarion, Iowa. In 1997, the couple moved to St. Cloud and in 1998 to Little Falls. In June 1998, she became a resident of St. Otto's Care Center. She was a member of St. Augustine's Catholic Church, St. Cloud.

Survivors include two daughters, Mary Uhlhorn, Little Falls, and Susan Junglen, Bowlus; three sisters, Lucille Rudolph, St. Cloud; Dorothy Baron, Pierz; and Mary Bye, St. Cloud; and two grandchildren. Her husband, who died May 2, and one sister, Marian, who died in 1918, died earlier.

Services will be 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at St. Otto's Care Center Chapel, Little Falls. Burial will be in Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery, north of Little Falls. Friends may call from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the care center chapel. Arrangements are with Shelley Funeral Chapel, Little Falls.
