CORWITH, Iowa-- Noel C. Rummens, 27, of Columbia, Mo., formerly of the Corwith area, died Nov. 10, 1995, as a result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident near Donnelson. Funeral services were held on Nov. 14 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Humboldt with the Rev. Michael Larkin officiating at the Mass of Christian Burial. Burial will be at Vernon Cemetery near Hardy. Sievers-Laufersweiler Funeral Home, Humboldt, was in charge of arrangements.

Survivors include his parents, Bob Rummens and Nancy (nee) Seger Rummens of Mansfield, Mo.; his fiance, Valerie Smith of Columbia, Mo.; brother, Stephen and Sherrie Rummens of Mansfield, Mo.; sisters, Annelise and Michael Day of Wichita, Kan., and Michele and Cory Westhoff of Petersburg; and grandparents, Elwood and Alice Rummens of Hardy. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Alan and Calvin. He was born July 5, 1968, at Mason City. As a youth, the family lived on a farm near Corwith, where he attended the Corwith-Wesley school. In 1978 the family moved to Mansfield, Mo,. where he graduated from Mansfield High School. He attended the University of Missouri at Columbia where he spent several years working in the campus computer department. He was employed by the the Missouri Kidney Foundation until the time of his death.
