Bernadine Chandler, 97, Belmond, died December 16, 2009 at the Rehabilitation Center of Belmond. Services will be held Saturday, February 6, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. at Dugger Funeral Home in Belmond with Pastor Mike Druhl officiating. A committal service will take place in the Alexander Cemetery.
