Richard Allen Veldhouse Dec. 2, 1949 -- Aug. 31, 2009 Formerly of Danville Richard was a veteran of the Navy, serving during the Vietnam War, receiving two Purple Hearts for combat injury. In addition to successful professional pursuits, Richard spent years productively uncovering the Veldhouse/Nall Family Genealogy and family history. Memorial Services will be held Saturday, September 26 in Kanawha, IA. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be given to the Living Community Center at the Veterans Administration in Boise, ID.
