DOWS - Ardelle M. Waggoner, 87, of Dows died Monday (July 6, 2009) at Franklin General Hospital in Hampton. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, July 10, at First Lutheran Church in Dows with Pastor Bob Edwards officiating. Burial will take place in the Fairview cemetery in Dows. Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. today at the Dugger Funeral Home, 100 N. Lee St. in Dows, and one hour prior to services Friday at the church. Dugger Funeral Homes.
