Donald Becker, 3701 G Avenue NE, Cedar Rapids, died Thursday following a long illness. Born April 7, 1902, at Hardy, Ia., he had lived in Cedar Rapids since 1928 and was employed by Collins Radio Co. for 12 years. Surviving are his wife, the former Elsie Glynn, to whom he was married at Mason City in 1928; a son, John, of Juneau, Alaska; three daughters, Mary Limback of San Diego, and Donna Varner and Judith Becker of Cedar Rapids; four grandchildren, and a brother, Max ,of Long Beach, Calif. Services: The Rosary will be recited Saturday at 7:30 p.m. by The Rt. Rev. Msgr. J . D. Kearn at the Brady Mortuary, where friends may call from 1 to 9 p.m. Saturday. The body will be taken Sunday to the Burke chapel at Lansing, Ia., and service will be held Monday morning in St. Nicholas church at Freeburg, Minn.
