GARNER, IA -- Fae Helmke, 88, of Garner, died Monday (Sept. 30, 1996) at Concord Care Center. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Cataldo Funeral Chapel, with the Rev. Robert T. Ellis officiating. Burial will be in Concord Township Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to services at the funeral
home.

Fae Velda Helmke was born Aug. 9, 1908, at Goldfield. Survivors include five grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, one daughter, her parents, and one sister.
