Clarion, Iowa-- Funeral Services for Edward Jacob Thul, 73, retired farmer, were held at St. John's Catholic Church, Clarion. The Rt. Rev. Msgr. J. E. Slowey officiated. Mr. Thul was born Nov. 30, 1888, at Clarion. He was married to Mary Roach, June 24, 1919, at Garner. Surviving are his wife; three sisters, Mrs. Henry Mishak, Alta Vista; Mrs. Agnes Clemmons, Fort Dodge; and Mrs. Shirley Parks, Clarion. He was preceded in death by five sisters and four brothers.
