Andrew M. Van Landschoot, 78, lifelong resident of Hamilton County, died, suddenly Tuesday afternoon at his home, two miles north of Highview. Funeral services will be Friday morning at 8:15 at the Laufersweiler funeral home in Fort Dodge and at 9 a.m. at St. Joseph's church in Duncombe. Burial will be in the Calvary Catholic cemetery at Webster City. The Rev. Edward Hayes will officiate. Rosary will be Wednesday and Thursday evening at 8 o'clock at the funeral home. Mr Van Landschoot was born Sept. 6 1883. the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Paul Van Landschoot. He attended the rural schools in the Highview community. He farmed for many years in the Highview community. He is survived by Mrs. Isabelle C. Bauman of Geneva, ILL., and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Joseph and Peter; and two sisters, Mrs. Anna Mariga and Miss Lucy Van Landschoot, and his parents.
