John W. "Jack" Notestine, 90, of 1526 Mission Hills Blvd., Clearwater, Florida died Tuesday (May 5, 1987) at Spanish Gardens Nursing Center, Clearwater. He was born in Hardy, Iowa and came here in 1962. He was a retired meat inspector after 35 years with the George A. Hormel Plant, Austin, Minn. He was a member of Sylvan Abbey Methodist Church, Clearwater, and was a World War I Army veteran. Survivors include his wife Nettie A.; a sister Mildred Dunnett, Minneapolis, and several nieces and nephews. Moss-Feaster Guardian Funeral Home, Sylvan Abbey Chapel, Clearwater.
