Patricia Jean Johnson was born on October 21, 1921 in Ottosen, Iowa, the daughter of John and Mary (Nash) Coyle. She was raised and educated in the area of her birth, graduating from Ottosen High School. Mrs. Johnson, 82, passed away on Sunday, December 14, 2003 at her home in Thor. She was preceded in death by her husband and parents.

Survivors include three daughters, Diane Williams and husband Dean of Fort Dodge, Linda Minarik and husband Terry of Omaha, NE, and Mary Hovland and husband Dennis of Thor, ten grandchildren 25 great-grandchildren one great-great-granddaughter sister, Mabel Nicolino of Des Moines and brother, John Coyle of St. Paul, MN.

Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, December 17 at Grace Evangelical Free Church in Eagle Grove. Burial will be in West Ullensvang Cemetery in Thor. Memorials may be directed to Grace Evangelical Free Church.
