Funeral services for Donald "Don" Edward Marshall, 68, will be 2 p.m. today at Bryan-Braker Funeral Home in Fairfield. The Rev. Ron Shaw of the Orchard Avenue Baptist Church in Vacaville will officiate. Interment will be in the Suisun-Fairfield Cemetery.
Born Jan. 23, 1930, in Woolstock, Iowa, Mr. Marshall died July 11, 1998, at NorthBay Medical Center in Fairfield after a short illness. He retired from Woodard Chevrolet in May 1993 after 36 years of service. He was a member of the Orchard Avenue Baptist Church in Vacaville. He liked working with wood and on automobiles. He lived in Fairfield for 41 years.
He is survived by his wife, Darlene Hoffman of Fairfield; daughters and sons-in-law, Linda and Jack Douthit of Fairfield, Debbie and Peter Webster of Fairfield and Pam and Stan Zebrowski of Vacaville; son and daughter-in-law, Rick and Nora of Suisun; sister, Marilyn of Woolstock, Iowa; and nine grandchildren.
