A.L. Doolittle Passes Away
Albert L. Doolittle, a resident of the east side, died at his home at 2:30 Wednesday morning after three weeks illness, death being caused by inflamation of the bowels. Mr. Doolittle was 29 years of age, the son of Mr. and Mrs. S. Doolittle, of Cass township on whose farm he was born and reared. He was married 5 years ago and two years ago he moved to this city where he has since done various kinds of work. he is survived by his parents, his wife [Nettie Whaley], a two weeks old baby girl and a four year old boy, four brothers and five sisters who are A.C., H.O., and E.C. Doolittle, Mrs. W.W. Sinclair, Mrs. L.M. Harris, and Mrs. J.M. Thompson, all of Cass township; E.E. Doolittle of Decatur county, Iowa, Mrs. John Frakes of Wright county, and Mrs. A.J. Miller of Oklahoma.
