Hazel Tendall Tegland, 95, died Thursday evening, Oct. 12, 1995, in Virginia Gay Hospital after a brief illness. Services: 11 a.m. Monday, First Lutheran Church, Clarion. Burial: St. Olaf Cemetery, Belmond. Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at Phillips Funeral Home Chapel, Vinton, and after 10 a.m. Monday at the church. Survivors include a daughter, Donna Severtsgaard of Vinton; a sister, Angeline Buck of Branson, Mo.; and a brother, Adolphe Tendall of Ames.
