Frances Forester of Joshua Tree, California passed away on Sunday, July 20, 2008, at the age of 68. Frances Alice Lateer was born on December 23, 1939 in Clarion, Iowa to Ernest and Alice Lateer, she attended school in Clarion. In 1957 she was united in marriage to Francis Graham, to this union four children were born. She later married Dwayne Forester in November 1989. She is survived by her husband, Dwayne Forester; 2 sons, Jeff Graham of Bakersfield, Michael Graham of Bakersfield; 2 daughters, Sandy Graham of Bakersfield, Allison Johnson and husband, Bill of Newport News, Virginia; 9 grandchildren, 7 great- grandchildren; 3 sisters, Maureen Elston and husband, Vernon of Clarion, Iowa, La Bonna Boyd of Rushford, Minnesota, Sherrie Zellinger and husband, David of Newton, Iowa; one brother, Ronald Lateer and wife, Joyce of Webster City, Iowa; many nieces and nephews, family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest and Alice Lateer; and sister, Beverly Lateer Rice. A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 8, 2008, 11:00 a.m., at Hillcrest Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the American Cancer Society.
