KENNETH LLOYD, 70 - Electrician

BARTOW, FL -- Mr. Kenneth L. Lloyd of Bartow, Florida died of respiratory failure Thursday (April 19, 2001) at the Bartow Center. He was 70. Born in Kanawha, Iowa, on Sept. 8, 1930, he came to Bartow from Crystal Lake, Iowa, 33 years ago. He was an electrician. He was an Army veteran. He was a Methodist. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Jean Lloyd. He is survived by his sons, Paul R. Lloyd, Rick L. Lloyd, both of Bartow; daughter, Bonnie J. Johns, Lakeland; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren. Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home, 650 E. Main St., Bartow.
