KLEMME — Waylen Chace Bonte, 17, of Klemme, died Monday (Nov. 24, 1997) from injuries suffered in a car accident. He was born Feb. 11, 1980, in Belmond. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday at the United Methodist Church with the Rev. Jerry Robertson officiating. Burial will be in the Belmond Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 3 to 8 p.m. Thursday, with a scripture service at 7 p.m., at the Tenold Funeral Home.

Survivors include his mother, Pam Gifford of Kanawha; his father, Russ Bonte of Klemme; one sister, Jessie Bonte of Meservey; one brother, Ryan Bonte of Mason City; paternal grandmother, Doris Bonte of Belmond; and maternal grandparents, Pat and Dora Ann "Mikey" Quigley of Belmond. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather.
