Funeral services for Percy G. Roskamp, 39, were held Saturday at 2 p.m. at Bethany Reformed Church in Belmond. The Rev. Daniel Van't Kerkhoff officiated. Johnston Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. He died Wednesday of a heart attack at his farm home northeast of Belmond. Born in Kanawha July 14, 1925 he lived most of his life in Wright and Hancock counties.
Surviving are his wife Pearl, five children, Patricia, Paula, Philip, Palmer and Preston, all at home; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. George Roskamp, Belmond, three brothers, one being, Bernard Roskamp of Clarion, and one sister.
