Services for Clarence Rietema, 89 At the Millbrook CRC in Michigan

Clarence W. Rietema, aged 89, of Holland, Michigan and formerly of Cutlerville, Michigan, died on Friday, April 21, 2006. Funeral services were held on Tuesday, April 25, at Millbrook Christian Reformed Church, with Rev. Marvin Beelen officiating. Interment was at Winchester Cemetery. Clarence Rietema owned and operated a feed mill in Kanawha for many years. He is survived by his wife – Grada. He is survived by four children – Fred (Trudy) Rietema, Kenneth (Hanna) Rietema, Karen Rietema and Judy (Tom) Boogaart. He leaves nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. He is survived by his brother, Arthur (Henrietta) Rietema of Kanawha. He is survived by two sisters – Winifred Pommer of Britt and Connie (Dale) Randall, also of Britt. He is survived by his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law – Rev. Sy (Marty) Voortman, John (Betty) Voortman, Dorothy Eisenga, Evelyn (Auke) Douma, Alice Paulisse, Helen Warners and Joyce Van Neuren. Clarence was preceded in death by his parents – Fred and Cora Rietema; a brother – John.
