Thelma Adele Kraft, 90, of Cambridge died January 27, 2004 at Grandview Christian Home. A Memorial service will be held at 1p.m. Saturday, Feb. 21 from First Baptist Church in Cambridge with Rev. Paul Lundgren and Chaplain Paul Reynolds officiating. Organist will be Claudia Hardy. Interment will take place at a later date in the Geneva Cemetery.

Thelma Adele Nelson, daughter of the late Carl Alfred and Annette Nelson was born at Rowan, Iowa June 8, 1913. At the age of five her parents moved to Ellendale, MN. Thelma was a graduate of the Ellendale High School and of the St. Cloud State Teachers College. She lived and worked in Chicago for many years. On April 22, 1961 she married Albert Carlen of Evanston, IL. He passed away August 30, 1961. On October 5, 1968 Thelma married Aaron Kraft of Wentworth, WI. They moved from Wentworth to Cambridge, MN in 1974. Aaron passed away July 13, 2001.

She was preceded in death by her husbands Albert Carlen and Aaron Kraft; sister Helen Foster; brother Ray Nelson; nieces Ginny Hansen and step son Harvey Carlen. Thelma is survived by brother Lester (Marge) Nelson of Wheatridge, CO, step grandchildren Bert Carlen and Joanne Chappel, five nephews and three nieces. Arrangements are with Carlson-Labatte Funeral Home in Cambridge.
