FELTON, Charles

Born at Rowan, Iowa, January, 1888, He was the son of Daniel L. and Martha Felton, Bruce, Wisconsin. Entered the service at Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, April 20, 1917, in Company A, 4th Wisconsin Infantry. At Camp MacArthur was transferred to Company A, 197th Supply Train. Sailed for France February 7, 1918. Promoted to rank of first class private. Participated in all of the battles of the 32nd Division. Contracted pneumonia while in the Argonne Woods, from which he died October 16, 1918.
