Steven Charles Allen, 42, of O'Fallon, Missouri, died Friday (Jan. 7, 2000) at his residence. Mr. Allen was a loan officer for Norwest Mortgage Co. of St. Peters. A funeral Mass was celebrated Monday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Dardenne. Burial was at Our Lady Cemetery, Freymuth and Orf roads in Dardenne.

Among survivors are his wife, Kimberly Allen of O'Fallon; two daughters, Ashley Allen, and Amber Allen; his mother, LaVonne C. Allen of Clarion, Iowa; a grandmother, Carol Springer of Charles City, Iowa; and a brother, Bill Allen, of Bremerton, Wash. Memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society can be made in care of Baue Funeral Home, 311 Wood Street, O'Fallon, Mo. 63366.
