SILOAM SPRINGS, Arkansas -- Festus Heggen, 59, of Siloam Springs died Tuesday at Northwest Medical Center-Springdale. He was born July 16, 1948, in Iowa City, Iowa, to Bert and Nellie Ward Heggen. He was a truck driver.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Larry Preminger. Survivors include his wife, K. Loucks Heggen of the home; a daughter, Cheryl Ann Mackey of Gentry; a brother, DeRay Heggen of Portsmouth, Va.; a sister, Imogene Wigg of Clarion, Iowa; his foster parents, Jerry and Pat Jenison of Watts, Okla.; and numerous grandchildren and greatgrandchildren.

Service is 10 a.m. Saturday at First Christian Church in Siloam Springs with Pastor Jason Murray officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the First Christian Church Bus Fund. Arrangements are by Wasson Funeral Home in Siloam Springs.
