Isaac E. Reeder died Sept. 8, 1999, at age 84. A private celebration of life will be held. Mr. Reeder was born April 24, 1915, in Belmond, Iowa. He worked in the Civilian Conservation Corps during the 1930s. He served in the U.S. Army Air Forces during World War II. He had lived in the Portland area 29 years and worked as a civilian with the Air Force for more than 30 years, retiring in 1970. He married Yvette Louise in 1960.
Survivors include his wife; daughters, Jacqueline Bloom of Vancouver, Wash. and Annick Bond of Beaverton; son, Jean J. Guillebaud of Paris; brother, Elias Ashcroft of Lincoln City; sisters, Elizabeth Love of Seattle and Jean Altman of Lincoln City; and five grandchildren.
Private interment will be in Willamette National Cemetery. The family suggests remembrances to the American Lung Association of Oregon. Arrangements are by Caldwell's Colonial Chapel.
