DOWS -- Harley Jacobsen, 98, of Dows, died Sunday (Sept. 10, 1995)at the Dows Healthcare Center. Funeral services will be held 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Abundant Life Chapel, with the Rev. Edward Akins officiating. Burial will be in the Fairview Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 5 p.m. today at Elledge Funeral Home, Dows.
