LATIMER — Alice Passehl, 76, died Friday (July 24, 1998) at North Iowa Mercy Health Center East, Mason City. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Dows United Methodist Church with the Rev. James Turner officiating. Burial will be at the Hampton Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 3 to 7 p.m. Monday at Sietsema Vogel Funeral Home, Hampton.

Alice was born May 26, 1922, in Hardin County. She is survived by her husband, Wilbert Passehl, Latimer; a daughter, Joy Williams, Alexander; three stepdaughters, Bonnie Clark, Cedar Rapids, Karen Zander, Coulter, and Linda Osborne, Lincoln, Neb.; two stepsons, Jerry Passehl, Latimer, and David Passehl, Anita; a sister, Marie Nielsen, Dows; two brothers, Carl Kienol, Iowa Falls, and Glenn Kienol, Shelbina; and many grandchildren.
