DOWS - Mildred H. Quasdorf, 97, a longtime resident of Dows, died on Jan. 15, 2002, at Corvallis, Ore. lnurnment services will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday at the Fairview Cemetery in Dows with Pastor Tony Hershey of the Dows Presbyterian Church and Mr. Jim White officiating. The Dows Community Funeral Home,100 N. Lee Street, is in charge of local arrangements.
