Charlotte Evelyn (Folvag) WHITE ,age 94 yrs., Omaha. Preceded in death by husband, Wiley and only grandson, Dirk. Survived by son and daugh- ter-in-law, Wiley and Sandi, Gilbert, AZ; daughter, Charlotte Anne White, Omaha; nieces; nephews. Previously lived in Badger, Eagle Grove, Ft. Dodge, Des Moines, IA and Denver, CO. Taught school for 17 yrs. in Badger. Rode in the first auto to travel up Pikes Peak for its official opening. Omaha resident 18 years. SERVICES Sat. 12 Noon, West Center Chapel. Interment Evergreen. Memorials to St. Olaf Lutheran Church, 239 North 11 St., Fort Dodge, IA 50501 or the Nebraska Humane Society. Visitation from 4 pm Fri., family receiving friends Sat. 10 am until 12 Noon, West Center Chapel.
