Audrey M. Baron, 81, of Morro Bay died Saturday, June 22, 2002, at a Morro Bay care facility.

Mrs. Baron was born Sept. 25, 1920, in Eagle Grove, Iowa. She attended the American Institute of Business in Des Moines and came to California in 1942. She was employed as a script typist, legal secretary and radio writer. Mrs. Baron was preceded in death by her husband, Aaron "Red" Baron. Both were avid golfers in the Morro Bay area. Cremation was under the direction of Benedict-Rettey Mortuary with burial at sea.
