Jessie B. Frohling, 42, of Dows, died Tuesday (April 8, 1997) at home. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at the United Church of Rowan, with the Rev. JoAn Lent Skyrme officiating. The body will be cremated after the services. Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Graceland Cemetery, Rowan. Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at Willim Funeral Home, Clarion, and one hour prior to services at the church. Memorials may be given to Wright County Hospice.

Jessie Frohling was born May 22, 1954, in Mount Ayr. Survivors include her husband, Randall H. Frohling of Dows; two sons, Guy and Luke, both at home; her mother and stepfather, Marceline and Charles Binau, Shenandoah; one brother, Guy Irvin Jr., Villisca; two stepbrothers, Earl Booher of Yorktown, and Charles Binau Jr. of Shenandoah; and three stepsisters, Mary Lou Ellifson, Red Oak; Thelma Wright and Connie Dawson, both of Shenandoah. She was preceded in death by her father.
