Garry Dean Weide Sr., 50, of Hampton, died Saturday (Aug. 26, 1995) at home. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Hampton United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Larry McCann officiating. Burial will be in the Belmond Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the Sietsema-Vogel Funeral Home.

Garry Dean Weide Sr. was born Nov. 9, 1944, in Meservey. Survivors include his wife, Ellen Weide of Hampton; two sons, Steven Weide and Garry Weide Jr., both of Hampton; two daughters, Erin Weide and Bridgette Weide, both of Hampton; two grandchildren; his father, Fred Weide of Meservey; four brothers, Jerry Weide of Belmond, Larry Weide of Clear Lake, Dennis Weide of Mason City and Darwin Weide of Meservey; and one sister, Sharon Bailey of Belmond. He was preceded in death by his mother, grandparents and one brother.
