Irvin Ernest Rockow, 68, of Belmond, died Monday (Aug. 21, 1995) at home. Funeral services will be held 10:30 a.m. Friday at the United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Laurence Garrett officiating. Burial will be in the Belmond Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the Ewing Funeral Home, Belmond, and one hour prior to services at the church.

Irvin Ernest Rockow was born Dec. 20, 1926, in Wright County. Survivors include his wife, Charlotte Rockow; two sons, Jeffery Rockow of Anoka, Minn., and Paul of Racine, Wis.; two daughters, Cynthia Corgan of Phoenix, Ariz., and Shelley Foss of Belmond; nine grandchildren; and four brothers, Lyle Rockow of Bella Vista, Ariz., Maynard Rockow of Alden; Edward Rockow of Dows and Virgil Rockow of Webster City. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother.
