HAMPTON -- Doris Noreen Passehl, 77, of Hampton, died Sunday (Sept. 7, 1997) at Franklin General Hospital. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Immanuel United Church of Christ, Latimer, with the Rev. Richard Zulauf officiating. Burial will be in the Hampton Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 2 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Sietsema-Vogel Funeral Home, Hampton.

Doris Noreen Passehl was born July 27, 1920, in Galt. Survivors include three daughters, Bonnie Clark, Cedar Rapids; Linda Osborne, Lincoln, Neb., and Karen Zander, Latimer; two sons, Jerry Passehl, Latimer, and David Passehl, Anita; three sisters, Amy Campbell, Dows; Nada Bottke, Iowa Falls, and Elsie Lycke, Alden; one brother, Jim Bobst, Hampton; 14 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother.
