ROWAN -- Duane R. Olson, 72, died Saturday (August 3, 1996) at Clarion Community Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Clarion Church of Christ with Mark Young officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Clarion. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Willim Funeral Home, Clarion.

Duane R. Olson was born October 8, 1923 in Pueblo, Colo. Survivors include his wife, Ruth; one daughter, Jane Townsend of Clarion; one son, Robert D. of Clarion; seven grandchildren; and one Deloris Abbott of Clarion. He was preceded in death by his parents.
