Services Here Tuesday For Eddie (Pete) Claude

Services for Eddie (Pete) Claude, 86, will be held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday from Surls and Grupe Funeral Home with the Rev Dewey Lamprecht officiating and burial in Jackson Township Cemetery near Owasa, Mr Claude died Sunday at Mercy Hospital in Mason City. Eddie Claude was born Dec 10, 1886 in Wright County, the son of Paul and Helen Robb Claude. He was married to Jessie Shaner at Unionville, Missouri. Mr Claude worked on farms around Iowa Falls most of his life and moved to Mason City four years ago to live with his niece. Survivors include three sisters, Mrs William (Sophie) Stienke of Waterloo, Mrs Emma Wason of Clarion and Mrs Helen Burnett of Webster City; and three brothers, Fred of Goldfield, Louie of Clarion, and George of Clyde, Ohio. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, four sisters, and six brothers.
