Paul Richard Thomas, 40, 326 Brookwood Dr., Richardson, Texas, formerly of Dows, died of leukemia Thursday, April 25, 2000. A memorial service was held Saturday, April 29 at St. Luke's Lutheran Church in Richardson.
Paul was born Nov. 4, 1959, in Hampton, to Les and Mildred Thomas. He was raised on a farm near Dows and graduated from Dows High School in 1978 and United Electronics Institute in 1981. In August 1981, he married Marcie Hovey and they settled in Richardson. He had been employed by Lennox International, Inc. since 1983 in the Corporate Information Systems Department. His hobbies were with his family camping, hiking and coaching his children in sporting events.
He is survived by his wife, Marcie; their children, Holly, Andrew, and Jillian; his father and stepmother of Dows; and two brothers, Laurel and Neil and their families.
