HAMPTON—Willard E. Winters, 78, of Hampton, died from natural causes on Tuesday, February 6, 2007, at the Franklin General Hospital in Hampton. Funeral services were held on Friday, February 9, at the Hampton United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Jerry Miller officiating. Burial was in the Graceland Cemetery, Rowan. The Sietsema-Vogel Funeral Home in Hampton was in charge of the arrangements.
