Saginaw, MI -- Beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother passed away early Saturday, March 05, 2005 at the Saginaw Geriatrics Home. Age 92 years. Mollie Felker was born June 24, 1912 in Goldfield, Iowa, the daughter of the late George and Mary (Meyer) Felker, coming to Saginaw in 1928. She married Emil C. Gaiser on November 6, 1937; he predeceased her November 2, 1988. She had been employed by Columbia Mills many years ago. She was a member of the Lutheran Faith. Surviving are one daughter, one son and their spouses, Joyce and David Young, Edward and Andrea Gaiser, all of Saginaw; six grandchildren and their spouses, Debra and Randy Baumgartner, Mark and Julie Young, Jeff and Bridget Young, Dan and Julie Gaiser, Mike Gaiser and Randy Gaiser; seven great-grandchildren, Trisha Baumgartner, Emily, Allison and Sara Young, Joseph Young, Kyle Pratt and Ryan Gaiser; one sister, Leta Shafley, Saginaw; four sisters-in-law, Madeline Felker, Ella Gaiser, Margaret Ballard and Virginia “Gin” Gaiser; one brother-in-law, Charles Snook; several nieces, nephews and their families. She was predeceased by two brothers, Dave and Albert Felker, two sisters, Marie Felker and Betty Snook, three brothers-in-law, Bill, Alvin and Vernard Gaiser and two sisters-in-law, Clara Royal and Florence Praay. Funeral service will take place 11:00 a.m. Monday, March 7, 2005 at the W. L. Case and Company Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Road. Chaplain Wayne Shidler will officiate with burial in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at the chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Road, from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Sunday. In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider Heartland Hospice or Saginaw Geriatrics Home.
