Gwendoline Miller, 92, of Iowa Falls died Wednesday, Oct. 13, 2004, at the Heritage Care Center in Iowa Falls. Funeral services are Saturday, Oct. 16, at 11 a.m. at the Surls Funeral Home in Iowa Falls with the Rev. Paul Thompson officiating. Burial will follow in the Northlawn Memory Gardens in Iowa Falls. Visitation will begin one hour before the service on Saturday. Gwendoline was born Aug. 1, 1912, in Dows, the daughter of Edward and Sadie (Miller) Ingebritson. She attended country school and Popejoy High School. In 1937 she was united in marriage to Lyle E. Miller in Chicago, Ill. Gwendoline was a member of the Popejoy Senior Citizens and the Popejoy Improvement Club.Survivors include three daughters, Patricia Vestal of Waukee, Rosanne Beyer and husband Melvin of Dows, and Sharon Dummer and husband Edwin of Glencoe, Minn.; 11 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; 13 great-great-grandchildren; a brother, Orville Ingebritson of Staples, Minn.; three sisters, Alice Bridges of Latimer, Olive Quasdorf of Hampton, and Faye Booser of Little Falls, Minn.; and many family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Lyle; a son, Edward; a daughter, Jeanie; five brothers; two sisters; one son-in-law; one daughter-in-law; two grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
