Ruth J. Granau, 92, of Dows, died Saturday (Aug. 28, 2004) at the Franklin General Nursing Facility in Hampton. Funeral services for Ruth J. Granau will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday at the First Presbyterian Church in Dows with the Pastor Tony Hershey officiating. Burial will take place in the Fairview Cemetery in Dows. Visitation for Ruth J. Granau will be today from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Ewing Dugger Group Dows Community Funeral Home, 100 N. Lee St. in Dows and one hour prior to services at the church on Tuesday. In lieu of flowers the family suggests that memorials may be directed to the Hospice of North Iowa and/or the First Presbyterian Church of Dows. Ewing Dugger Group Dows Community Funeral Home.
