Vivian Louise Lentz, 65, of 310 Fifth Ave. SE, Cedar Rapids, Iowa died Tuesday in St. Luke's Hospital. Services: 2 p.m. Monday, Kastler-Babcock Funeral Home, Eagle Grove, where friends may call after 3 p.m. Sunday. Burial: Glenwood Cemetery, Goldfield. Survivors include a son, Willard of Independence; and three daughters, Mary Ostercamp and Rosemarie McMurrin, both of Cedar Rapids, and Robin Edwards of Deltona, Fla. Also surviving are nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Vivian Louise Armstrong was born June 14, 1927 at Cedar Rapids. She received her education in Cedar Rapids. She was united in marriage to Wilbur Lentz of Covington, at Cedar Rapids, in 1942. They made their home in Cedar Rapids until moving to Goldfield in 1976. Mr. Lentz died in 1986, and Mrs. Lentz returned to Cedar Rapids to make her home.

Vivian Louise Lentz, 65, died Tuesday, September 22, 1992 at St. Luke's Hospital, Cedar Rapids. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son, Wilbur Jr.; daughter, Maria Witcher; two grandsons, David Lentz and Russell Holm; and sisters, Wanda Armstrong and Arlene Hand. She is survived by a Son, Willard, Independence; daughters, Mary Osterkamp, Cedar Rapids; Robin Edwards, Deltona, Fla.; Rosemarie McMurrin, Cedar Rapids; 10 grandchildren; and two great grandchildren. Services were held Monday, September 28 at 2 p.m. at the Kastler- Babcock Funeral Home, Eagle Grove. The Rev. Lloyd W. Meyer officiated at the services. Burial was in the Glenwood Cemetery, Goldfield.
