Martin L. Toft, 45, died Tuesday, Oct. 31, 2006, in University Hospitals, Iowa City, from an apparent heart ailment. Services: 12:30 p.m. today, Cataldo Funeral Chapel, Garner, by the Rev. Rose Visser. Burial: Evergreen Cemetery, Clarion. Friends may call one hour before services today at the chapel. Survivors include his mother, Darleen Headley of Cedar Rapids; his father, Dennis Toft of Ames; his sister, Trish Samuelson of Cedar Rapids; a stepsister, Amy Sabin; and a stepbrother, Brian Deatherage.
