Pearl Deloris Crotts Wynn, 85, formerly of Fort Dodge, died Jan. 6, 2007, at the Rotary Ann Nursing Home in Eagle Grove. Family services will be held at the Gunderson Funeral Chapel. Interment will be in St. Olaf Cemetery. There will be no visitation. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Gunderson Funeral Home & Cremation Services. Pearl is survived by her son Rolland, Eagle Grove; her granddaughters, Susan Hitchcock and Terri Hitchcock; her brother Larry Crotts; and her sisters, Laura Gilpin, Beverly Holweg and Dorothy Nemechek. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and two sisters, Loretta Winston and Diane Sande. Pearl D. Crotts, the daughter of Ray and Alma (Lang) Crotts, was born Oct. 25, 1921, in West Bend, Iowa. She graduated from Barnum High School. On Dec. 14, 1941, Pearl was united in marriage to Norton Wynn in Lamar, Missouri. The couple lived in Davenport, Los Angeles and Springdale, Arkansas before returning to the Fort Dodge area. Pearl enjoyed sewing and handcrafts. She was an active volunteer during her lifetime.
