Kevin K. Kreitlow, 37, of Boone, formerly of Dows, died on Saturday, August 9, 2003, at the Cavanaugh House Hospice Unit in Des Moines. Funeral services were held on Wednesday, August 13, at the First Lutheran Church in Dows, with burial in the North Lawn Memory Garden Cemetery near Iowa Falls.

Kevin, the son of Kenneth and Judy Bonin Kreitlow, was born on July 6, 1966 in Clarion. He attended school in Dows, where he spent most of his adult life. Kevin also lived in Kirbyville, Missouri for four years. He was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Ida Bonin and Rhonda Krietlow; and his grandfather, Kenneth Krietlow, Sr. Kevin is survived by his parents, Judy Krietlow of Kirbyville, Missouri and Kenneth Kreitlow, Jr. of Moberly, Missouri; daughters, Stacie Krietlow of Hampton and Amber Kreitlow of Eagle Grove; sons, Kenneth Kreitlow, III of Eagle Grove and Brandon Kreitlow of Boone; sisters, Kristy (Robert) Hainline of Gilbert, Arizona, Kimberley Abele and Denise Abele both of Seattle, Washington; brothers, Kurtis (Shelly) Krietlow of Ankeny and Kory (Amie) Krietlow of Kirbyville, Missouri; and maternal grandparents, Otto and Beverly Bonin of Dows.
