Norma Lottie Hart, 90, of Clarion, formerly of Dows, passed away on Wednesday, November 29, 2006, at her home in Clarion. A memorial service was held on Tuesday, December 5, at the Presbyterian Church in Dows. Pastor Kalen Fristad officiated at the 1:00 p.m. service.

Norma Lottie Crafton, was born on March 28, 1916 in Morgan Township, Franklin County, the youngest daughter of James and Lottie (McCallister) Crafton. Norma graduated from the Dows High School in 1934. On August 11, 1939, Norma was united in marriage to Joseph Hart of Williams and they made their home in Dows. For 29 years they enjoyed winters at the Alamo Recreation Vehicle Park at Alamo, Texas. Norma worked for one year at the U.S. Post Office in Dows and 27 years at the Farmer's State Bank in Dows. Norma was a member of the First Presbyterian Church since April 1930 and also was a long time member of the American Legion Auxiliary and the Eastern Star.

Norma is survived by her husband, Joseph of Clarion; one sister, Verna Ryan of Dows; and four nephews and two nieces. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, George and Robert (Jiggs); and one sister, Ina Olson.
