Nora Grace Barker

Norway, Sept. 24 - Mrs. Charles Barker, 63, died this morning at her home here after a brief illness. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 1:30 at the home, followed by services at the Methodist church at two o'clock conducted by the Rev. I. O. Arnold. Burial will be in Linwood cemetery southeast of Norway. As Nora Grace Montague, she was born near Norway Nov. 12, 1878. She was married to Mr. Barker Dec. 15, 1915, and they lived in the Eagle Grove community until eleven years ago when they moved to Norway. Mrs. Barker was a member of the Rebekah lodge of Eagle Grove and of the Royal Neighbors in Norway. Her husband, two sisters, Mrs. Bertha Robinson and Mrs. George Fahnle, and two brothers, Walter and Alfred, all of Norway, and several nieces and nephews survive.
