Services for Harvey O. Hamer
Harvey O. Hamer, 61, died of a heart attack Sunday at his farm home one mile east of Woolstock, where he had lived the past 29 years. Funeral services were held at 2 p. m. Tuesday at the Woolstock Methodist church with the Rev. Gordon Freeburg officiating. Burial was in Rose Hill Cemetery, Eagle Grove. Born near Clarion, Mr. Hamer was a lifetime resident of this area. In 1927 he married Florence Smith at Eagle Grove. She survives as do three sons, Thomas of Eagle Grove, Max of Webster City and Kenneth of Woolstock and six grandchildren. Also surviving are three sisters, Mrs. Joe Tallman and Mrs. John Keppers, both of Clarion, and Mrs. Joe Maier of Eagle Grove.
