May 14, 1914 --- April 14, 1997

Grayce Nione Wehrheim, 82, of Clarion, died Monday (April 14, 1997) at Community Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at the Willim Funeral Home, with the Rev. Wayne Droessler officiating. Burial of the cremains will be at Calvary Cemetery, Eagle Grove. There will be no visitation.

Grayce Nione Wehrheim was born May 14, 1914. Survivors include one daughter, Mary Waters of Clarion; two grandsons; one great-grandson; and one sister, Cleo Fisher. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and one son.

Grayce Nione Wehrheim, 82, died Monday, April 14, 1997, at Community Memorial Hospital in Clarion where she had been a patient since March 12. Funeral services will be held Friday, April 18, at Willim Funeral Home in Clarion. Rev. Wayne Droessler will officiate the 1 p.m. service. Burial of the cremains will be at Calvary Cemetery in Eagle Grove. There will be no visitation.

Grayce Nione Wehrheim was born May 14, 1914, at Goldfield, the daughter of Harry and Alma Patton Larsen. She grew to womanhood in the area of her birth and graduated from Goldfield High School. On July 15, 1941, she and Robert J. Wehrheim were married at Sacred Heart Rectory in Eagle Grove. They lived in Clarion and were the parents of two children, Mary and Richard. Robert died in 1965. Grayce then worked in the dietary department at Community Memorial Hospital in Clarion. She was a member of the VFW Auxiliary, Clarion Historical Society and Southwest Neighborhood Club.

Those left to cherish her memory include one daughter, Mary Waters of Clarion; grandsons, Mike of Clarion and David of Dows; one great grandson; one sister, Cleo Fisher of Clarion. Those preceding her in death include her parents; husband; and one son, Richard, who died in 1967.
