ELMER F. JONES, 85, DIED LAST TUESDAY

Funeral services for E.F. Jones, 85, were held at 1:15 p.m. today at the Eyler Funeral Home. Mr. Jones died at his home at 609 North Main St. Tuesday following an extended illness. He was a retired Great Western Railroad conductor and is survived by his wife, three daughters: Mrs. Lyle Thomas, Spencer; Mrs. Walter Erickson of Minneapolis, Miss Helen Jones, Ft. Leavenworth, Kan.; one son, Ralph Jones of LaCrescent, Minn. and 11 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. The Rev. Paul I. Story of the Clarion Church of Christ conducted the service. Members of the Masonic lodge participated in the rites at the funeral home. Burial was in Hampton.
